Here’s the problem his play calling is at best inconsistent and his play design isn’t bad maybe some times unique but most of the time it’s weird like having your 3/4 string RB running wildcat or passing the ball. Also he really wasn’t the main reason for Genos resurgence that was really Dave Canales. So I think he’s not the worst OC in the league but he’s his not great and definitely wouldn’t call this a good hire.
